Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Tomomisan Tsuruta (ranked 3914 p4p, 471 weight class) and Nathan Gonzalez (ranked 24776 p4p, 655 weight class). Gonzalez comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Watch Out Now by Fat Joe kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Nathan Gonzalez will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

The judges for this bout are Daniel Bishop, Chris Edwards and Andrew Berry.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Tsuruta missing with a left hand there. Gonzalez was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one.
Tsuruta throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Gonzalez sees it coming and avoids it easily.
Tsuruta throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Tsuruta moves into the clinch successfully.
Tsuruta gets through Gonzalez's defenses to land a nice punch to the side of the head.

Gonzalez has had enough of the clinch and is looking to separate.

An uppercut to the body lands inside from Tsuruta.
Gonzalez tries to break the clinch but Tsuruta is controlling the position.

Tsuruta looks up at the clock and then as Gonzalez takes his cue and looks up at the clock too, Tsuruta smacks him right in the chops with a big elbow! How rude!
Gonzalez takes an elbow right on the bridge of the nose and winces in pain.
Tsuruta lands a decent elbow from side control.
Tsuruta works a knee to the body and follows up with a nice elbow to the head.
Gonzalez takes a couple of big shots there - the referee warns him that he has to defend himself better.

Tsuruta scores with a big shot from side control... and another... and another! Oh Gonzalez is done here - save him referee! More strikes land and eventually the ref does step in and Tsuruta can finally stop beating on his defenseless opponent!
