The judges for this bout are Frank Antenori, Timothy Bukovac and Don Winkell.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Duffy closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Duffy lands in his opponent's guard.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
Duffy stands up from guard. Let's bang!
Mortimer scores with a nice body kick.
Mortimer connects with a crisp jab.

Duffy shoots in for a takedown and gets it.
Mortimer wants to control the action here but instead Duffy manages to pass to full mount!
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Mortimer tries to lock up and control but Duffy gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Mortimer tries to improve his position but Duffy has taken his back! Duffy has a choke - it's sunk in pretty tight... Will Mortimer tap? No... maybe... yes! He's tapped! Duffy pushes Mortimer away and gets up to celebrate with his corner!
