Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Rutto Ryokale (ranked 5819 p4p, 491 weight class) and King Wong (ranked 4908 p4p, 447 weight class). Wong is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: Aloe Blacc - The Man. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

and Wong counters into the clinch. Nicely done.

Ryokale is looking for a takedown up against the cage. Wong gets underhooks though and prevents the takedown attempt.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Wong breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Wong circles and sees the opportunity to plant his feet and throw a really nice straight left hand that drops Ryokale to the canvas! Ryokale doesn't know where he is but he's trying to survive - Wong keeps piling on the pressure and forces the referee to step in! This one is aaaaaall over!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:17 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). King Wong!
After winning the bout, King Wong thanked all his fans and promised he'd do even better in his next fight. The crowd seemed to love his humility.
