Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 4 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Nick Crompton!
The judges for this bout are Andrew Berry, Phil Schofield and James Ackerman.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Sanchez moves into range and clinches up with Crompton.
Crompton has had enough of the clinch and is looking to separate.
Crompton wants to break free. God knows he wants to breaaaak freeee.
Sanchez looks like he'd prefer to be striking at range right now.

Crompton lands a takedown into guard.
Sanchez keeping moving, preventing Crompton from controlling successfully.

Sanchez has his foot on Crompton's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Crompton works his way back into a safe position though.

Sanchez blocks a knee to the body. He'll have a nicely bruised forearm in the morning.
Crompton wants to get back to striking at distance but Sanchez won't allow it.

Crompton has clasped his hands together around Sanchez's back... aaand, he's got a takedown into side control. Nicely done.
Sanchez is looking to regain half guard here but Crompton keeps moving and retains side control.

Crompton is looking to take a break and control but Sanchez is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.

Sanchez might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.

The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.

Crompton has double underhooks and is working for a body lock takedown. He's got it. The fighters land in half guard but Sanchez regains guard immediately.

Crompton gets to his feet. Sanchez looking to butt scoot but the ref puts an end to that. On your feet son!

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.

Crompton gets to his feet - Sanchez follows without any prompting.

Crompton loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry.

Sanchez working for submissions but it's allowed Crompton to get to half guard.
Crompton perhaps working for something from half guard, or maybe not. It looks like he's just sitting there.

Sanchez tries to get to full guard but Crompton has control of the leg.

Crompton is trying to control the action in half guard but Sanchez is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard.
Sanchez tries to regain full guard. Instead though, Crompton has advanced to mount. Uh oh.
Crompton lands a couple of good shots and Sanchez has given up his back, trying to escape the position!
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.

Sanchez is staying cool under pressure, defending well against the rear naked choke attempt from his opponent.
Sanchez avoids the strikes from Crompton.

Crompton has been the more effective fighter overall so far.

Nick Crompton showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
That's time! Sanchez's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight. The crowd applaud as we get ready to start the final round!

Sanchez is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of Crompton's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Crompton's back!
Crompton turns into Sanchez and is now in his guard.
Crompton controls from within his opponent's guard.

Crompton got a little sloppy there for a moment and Sanchez has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Crompton has managed to get both his arms back between Sanchez's legs - danger averted.

Sanchez has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Crompton can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.

Crompton sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Sanchez's guard.
Both fighters are breathing heavily.

Crompton tries to keep at a distance but Sanchez has taken the fight into the clinch.

Crompton turns his back and goes for a hip toss. It's a bit messy but it gets the job done and Crompton manages to end up in side control.

Sanchez tries to get back to half guard but can't.

Crompton swings around for an armbar but Sanchez sees it coming a mile off and turns beautifully into Crompton's guard.

Crompton seems keen to control rather than go for a submission, at least for now.

Sanchez throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Crompton works some decent striking defense from the bottom.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.

The referee has decided to stand the fighters back up, so we'll restart on the feet.

Nick Crompton is fighting for a decision - hopefully he's judged it right and he's actually winning the fight.

I would just about give that final round to Nick Crompton.
I've got Crompton winning every round here. Surely the decision will go his way and he'll pick up a well deserved decision victory. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
