PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Fletcher Weber (ranked 5907 p4p, 0 weight class) and Kaden LaCoste (ranked 5251 p4p, 411 weight class). LaCoste has chosen Take a Step Back as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. I don't know about you partner, but I'm pumped for this one!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

LaCoste drives through with a takedown into Weber's guard. Let's see what he can do from the top position.
Weber is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far.
LaCoste wants to control from the top but Weber keeps moving.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Weber is working for the rear naked choke. He has one arm under the chin but LaCoste has hold of the other arm. A bit of a stalemate here.

A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace.

That was a close round but I would say that Fletcher Weber will probably get the nod.

The pace slowing considerably in the clinch, as Weber takes a break from that fighting nonsense to think about the finer things in life.
