Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Light Heavyweight (ranked 523 p4p, 80 weight class) and Tank Ispa (ranked 650 p4p, 97 weight class). Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 9 - 2 - 1, fighting out of Helsinki, Tank Ispa!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ispa lands with a hook. Heavyweight tried to avoid it but it clipped the top of his head.
Heavyweight takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh.
Ispa shoots in for a takedown but Heavyweight shows good takedown defense.
Heavyweight keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Ispa avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Ispa lands a nice shot to the body.
Ispa lands with an uppercut that bounces Heavyweight off the cage and back into range.
Tank Ispa seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

The fight moves into the clinch position.
Heavyweight misses with a shot to the kidneys.
Ispa lands with a right to the head.
Heavyweight lands a body punch.
Ispa goes for a body shot but it's blocked.
Ispa is trying to maintain a safe position but Heavyweight gets an underhook and turns Ispa into the cage.

Ispa manages to break the clinch.
We can't be sure of the tactics at this early stage but we have heard that Ispa has been working on his takedowns a lot in the buildup to the fight and we can only assume he's going to look to take this to the mat.
Heavyweight misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Ispa.
Ispa throws a leg kick but Heavyweight moved away.

Ispa drives through with a really nice takedown into side control.

Ispa is trying to get an arm triangle but Heavyweight is defending well.
Heavyweight tries to buck Ispa off but Ispa is having none of it.

Ispa tries for a kimura. Not really close to a finish though.

Ispa is working to tighten his grip on Heavyweight's neck. He's isolated an arm and is working for an arm triangle. Heavyweight has recognised the danger and is trying to turn with the submission but Ispa is really squeezing tight and eventually Heavyweight passes out! Ispa breaks the hold and jumps onto the cage to celebrate! Submission of the night, I'd say!
