Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Donatello The dragon (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mykal Zulu (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The dragon comes into the arena with Cereal Killer by Method Man and Red Man blaring out of the sound system. Zulu has chosen Shyne ft. Barrington Levy - Bad Boyz as his entrance music. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
4 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Donatello The dragon!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

6 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Mykal Zulu!
The judges for this bout are Alec Ball, Dillan Fox and William Peck.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
The dragon throws a right and a left that Zulu avoids nicely.
The dragon shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Zulu as he avoids it easily.
Zulu pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Zulu tries to clinch but The dragon moves out of range.
The dragon looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
No joy there for Zulu, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Zulu looks to land a left hand but The dragon moved out of range nicely.
The dragon shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Zulu but Zulu pushes him off and we're back to square one.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Donatello The dragon. That's going to take a lot out of him.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Zulu had isolated an arm as going for an omaplata. The dragon is defending the submission well but is in a very vulnerable position. Zulu Is leaning forward trying to finish the omaplata but decides to abandon it, and take The dragon's back instead.

The dragon shoots for a double leg takedown but Zulu sprawls well. He's pushed The dragon's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.

Mykal Zulu showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business. This is the final round!

The dragon seems to be squinting his left eye. Perhaps he got a poke in that previous exchange. Zulu shows no mercy and swarms him with a barage of strikes! The dragon is backing up but Zulu catches him with a final right hook that drops him! The dragon covers up and the referee steps in to end the fight! Zulu Jumps to his feet and flashes his guns to the crowd. Oh yeah, baby! How'd you like them apples?!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:11 of round 3, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Mykal Zulu!
