The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hughes fakes a jab and then connects with a hook.
Woodward shoots in for a takedown but Hughes shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.
Woodward takes a big uppercut there. He seems a bit wobbly but no, he's OK.
Nice defenses there by Woodward.
Woodward appears to be looking for a counter takedown.
Woodward fails with the takedown
and Hughes counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
Woodward on the wrong end of a decent looking cross there.

Woodward is rocked!
Hughes circles away before darting back in with a big straight right hand. It connects beautifully and sends Woodward tumbling to the canvas! He's out cold! Hughes wins by KO!
