The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
blow throws a hook but Phillips avoids it easily.

Phillips changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. blow looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.

Phillips is trying to get an arm triangle but blow is defending well.
Phillips sitting in side control, looking to soften his opponent up with elbows and hammerfists but blow is avoiding damage well and looking to escape the position.
blow stops Phillips from passing to mount.
Phillips looking to punish the body of his opponent here but blow is avoiding damage well.
Phillips scores with a couple of nice shots to the head there. The referee takes a look at blow to see if he's OK.

Phillips has hold of blow's arm. He's looking for a kimura. blow seems comfortable defending it but Phillips has shifted his position slighty and is cranking on the arm! blow is real pain and he's forced to tap out! blow is disgusted with himself for not defending it better but Phillips couldn't care less - he's delighted!
