Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Bash Bumpy (ranked 6439 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mike Erol (ranked 7423 p4p, 0 weight class). The key to victory for Bash Bumpy has got to be keeping the fight on the feet.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of New York, Bash Bumpy!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of New York, Mike Erol!
The judges for this bout are Columbo Gatti, John Roberts and Steve Montenegro.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A head kick from Bumpy lands but Erol takes it in his stride.
No luck with that takedown attempt from Bumpy.
Erol is trying to avoid his opponent's strikes and get into the clinch.
Bumpy closes the distance and clinches up with Erol, looking for a takedown. Bumpy pushes Erol against the cage but Erol circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Bumpy lands a straight punch to the body, keeping Erol at a distance.
Bumpy tries to clinch up.
Erol looks to land a combination but Bumpy avoids it well.
Bumpy feinted with a counter takedown.
Good shot there by Bumpy.
Erol misses with a wild combination.
Bumpy really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.

Erol leaves Bumpy with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.

The referee has motioned to the fighters to stand back up. He just wasn't happy with the level of activity.

Bumpy goes for a double leg but Erol avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Erol continues to drive forward.

Mike Erol showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action! Let's get this one finished - here comes the final round!

Erol stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Bumpy swivels though and keeps the full guard.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.
Erol misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Bumpy.
Bumpy feinted with a counter takedown.
Bumpy throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Erol's waist but Erol gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Bumpy off to one side.

Erol is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Bumpy defends it well.
Mike Erol has got the better of the ground game so far.

Mike Erol is fighting for a decision - hopefully he's judged it right and he's actually winning the fight.

Well Erol has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
