The judges for this bout are Steve Erwin, Summer Carpenter and Skip Squint.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Morrow gets the takedown into side control.
Morrow is maintaining the dominant position - no doubt Reaper will start to get frustrated soon if he's not already.
Morrow tries to score with some ground and pound. Reaper controls his posture well this time though and the shots don't do any damage.
Morrow could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.
Morrow lands a knee to the body and follows it up with some ground and pound to the head. That will wear Reaper down.
Morrow cracks Reaper with an elbow. That is naaassty.
Reaper gets back to half guard.

Morrow stands up from half guard... He's had enough of that ground malarky for the time being.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Reaper tries to clinch but Morrow moves out of range.

Reaper closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Reaper wants to control but Morrow is keeping him busy.
Morrow manages to get one leg in to regain half guard.

Morrow looking for submissions from an awkward position here.
Morrow regains full guard. Nicely done.
Morrow is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.

Morrow working some ground and pound from close in. He's looking to maintain this position and strike for a while by the looks of things... although he'll probably advance to full mount in a minute now I've said that.

Morrow decides to return to a standing position.

Morrow shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Reaper pinned against the cage. Reaper gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
Reaper closes the distance but Morrow moves to the side

and Morrow counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground.

Reaper is looking for a triangle but Morrow pushes his legs off easily.
Reaper working the defensive guard well to avoid strikes from Morrow.
Reaper wants to stand and escape but Morrow is having none of it.
Morrow trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat.

The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily.
Morrow prevents Reaper from getting back to his feet.

Reaper with a couple of shots from the bottom there - nothing Morrow can't handle though.
Morrow postures up and scores with a shot to the body and a follow up elbow to the head.
Morrow lands a couple of decent looking shots.
Morrow stands up over Reaper, holding his feet. He dives back in and lands a decent shot to the head.
Morrow makes a bit of distance and scores with some ground and pound, still in guard.

Reaper wants to stand and escape but Morrow is having none of it.
Morrow chips away with some ground and pound.

Morrow knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Reaper on the ground.

Morrow is working the ground and pound from guard. He might want to try advancing position though to get more of an impact.

Morrow distracts Reaper with his right hand and drops a big elbow with his other arm.

Morrow gets to his feet and steps away from his opponent.
Reaper falls off balance throwing a combination

and Morrow counters with a shoot takedown into half guard.
Reaper tries to kick Morrow off in order to stand up. Morrow Avoids the leg push though and dives into side control.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

No luck for Morrow with that takedown attempt.

Reaper throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Morrow was covering up waiting for the punch and Reaper finishes the takedown easily into guard.

Morrow working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Reaper doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Oh but Morrow is tightening it up a little... Reaper has to be careful here... He's got his foot tucked under now, this looks tight! Reaper reacted too slowly and this one could be over in a matter of seconds! YES! Reaper taps out! Nice BJJ there by Morrow!
