Coming up we have a super heavyweight kickboxing rules bout between Raivo Jaak (ranked 20684 p4p, 214 weight class) and Donsone Perfect (ranked 20274 p4p, 165 weight class). The judges for this bout are James Glass, Donald Grub and Colin Fotheringham.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jaak punishes Perfect's body with a nice straight punch.
Jaak with a jab.
Jaak misses with a body shot
and Perfect counters with a nice low kick that buckles Jaak's knee momentarily.
Perfect moves out of range of the strikes.
Perfect flicks out a counter leg kick but Jaak steps away.
Jaak lands a nice shot that snaps Perfect's head back.
Perfect tries a head kick but it misses.
Perfect uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Jaak.
Perfect looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.
Perfect throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Perfect throws a sloppy head kick and Jaak moves out of range easily.
Jaak throws an ugly left hook that misses
enabling Perfect to counter with a crisp jab.
Jaak scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Perfect doesn't seem bothered though.
Jaak throws a wild body kick that Perfect sees coming a mile off.
Perfect walks into a straight right hand from Jaak.
Perfect is rocked!
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Perfect keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Jaak.
Perfect is still on wobbly legs! Can Jaak finish him?
Jaak ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Perfect moves away.
Jaak scores with a jab to the body.
Perfect seems to have recovered his senses.
Raivo Jaak seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Jaak closes the distance and catches Perfect with a lead hook that drops him to the canvas! Perfect is clearly dazed and struggling here! 3,4,5,6,7 and Perfect is up to his feet but the referee has called it off! Perfect is still far too wobbly and he's not going to allow the fight to continue! Jaak takes it!
