Tomaz throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. Sousa tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. Tomaz is in Sousa's guard.

Sousa has his feet on Tomaz's hips. He pushes off and gets to his feet. Nice work.

Tomaz manages to get an easy takedown there - catching Sousa on his heels. He'll look to pass Sousa's guard now, I'm sure.
Sousa is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.
