Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Matthew Scanlan (ranked 5229 p4p, 0 weight class) and Crazy Boco (ranked 22637 p4p, 0 weight class). Boco has chosen Crazy Nights as his entrance music. The key to victory for Matthew Scanlan has got to be keeping the fight on the feet.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Boco closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Scanlan to the mat! Scanlan manages to get full guard.
Boco is frustrating his opponent with some stalling tactics from top position.

OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action. This is the final round!

Boco is in full mount, looking to secure a guillotine but Scanlan is surviving well by controlling Boco's body position as best he can.
Scanlan bucks up and manages to get a nice reversal! He's in guard on the top - nicely done!

Boco has butterfly guard. He's looking to stand up here. He pushes Scanlan off him and springs to his feet nicely. The crowd applauds.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.
Scanlan takes a head kick and keeps coming.
Scanlan lands with a right hand.
Scanlan sizes up Boco with a pawing jab and scores with a straight right down the middle.
Scanlan cracks Boco with a good shot that sees him stumbling back into the cage.

Scanlan gets caught flat footed, as Boco shoots in with a quick takedown into guard.
Boco takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired.
Boco passes Scanlan's right leg, so he's now in half guard.
Scanlan wants to control but Boco is keeping busy and won't allow it.

Boco is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Scanlan is just riding it out for now. Boco eventually gives up the hold.
