Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Dangerous Dan (ranked 4045 p4p, 463 weight class) and Wrecking Ball (ranked 3716 p4p, 434 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nice defenses there by Dan.
Dan looked to counter that last move with a leg kick but didn't pull the trigger.
Dan throws a low kick but it's checked well by Ball.
Nice uppercut lands for Ball. That snapped Dan's head back.

Dan shapes like he's going to throw a leg kick but settles back down.
Ball throws out a loose jab but Dan uses good head movement to avoid it.

Ball shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Dan napping and manages to drive through into side control!
Dan manages to work his way to half guard, despite Ball's best efforts.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Dangerous Dan's cut is getting worse.
Ball gets to his feet and stands over Dan, holding his ankles. He dives in with a big left hand that connects! Dan felt that one! Ball unloads more punches and elbows and this one is over! The ref has dived in to save Dan from any more punishment!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:29 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Wrecking Ball!
Wrecking Ball was full of energy after the big win and talked about how he thinks he can do big things in this sport. The crowd were appreciative of his determination to succeed.
