Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Bartholomäus Wolff (ranked 191 p4p, 22 weight class) and Jon Umber (ranked 278 p4p, 33 weight class). Umber has chosen Red Hot Chili Peppers - Aeroplane as his entrance music. I can't wait for this one - let's get the fighter introductions out of the way and get this one started!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A lazy body kick from Umber
and Wolff counters with a straight right hand.
The fighters circling - Umber throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
Umber throws a combination that misses
and Wolff counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt.
Umber will need to close the distance a bit before he attacks - that leg kick was thrown from too far away.
Wolff misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Jon Umber seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Umber misses with a body kick.
Wolff tries a head kick but it misses.
Umber blocks the body kick.
A slapping leg kick lands for Wolff.
Umber connects with a looping right hand.

and Wolff counters with a good low kick that Umber was not able to check.
Umber looks winded!
Wolff scores with a punch to the head.
Umber chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Wolff can pounce on him.
Wolff delivers a nice body kick.

A jab from Wolff finds it's way through Umber's defenses.
Umber on the wrong end of a vicious looking body shot.
Wolff lands a nice leg kick that just misses Umber's sensitive parts.
Umber moves out of range of the body kick.
Umber tries a head kick but it misses.
Umber blocks a head kick by Wolff.
Umber stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from Wolff.

Wolff drops Umber with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Umber looks back up at him and smiles so Wolff waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.

Umber is rocked!

It looks like Jon Umber has been cut.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Umber lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Wolff circles away quickly and effectively.
Umber is still on wobbly legs! Can Wolff finish him?
Wolff lands with a massive overhand right! Stick a fork in Umber - he's out cold! Ermm... I think I just mixed my metaphors but yeah... That was a nice KO! Big win for Wolff!

Bartholomäus Wolff bigged himself up after the win. The crowd seemed to love it.
