Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Android Ten (ranked 3540 p4p, 194 weight class) and Tim Greene (ranked 22059 p4p, 316 weight class). Greene has chosen Back In Black as his entrance music. Android Ten could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to Tim Greene's chin.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 10 - 14 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Tim Greene!
The judges for this bout are Frank Antenori, Don Winkell and Timothy Bukovac.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

We've been informed that Greene has been sparring a lot of Muay Thai in the buildup to this fight so let's see if that has an impact on the result.
Ten shapes like he's going to throw a leg kick but settles back down.

Greene lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Ten circles away quickly and effectively.

Ten feints and as Greene raises his hands in defense, Ten changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.

That was a close second round but I would say that Android Ten will probably get the nod.
OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action. This is the final round!


Greene misses with a few strikes there.

Greene stuffs the takedown attempt from Ten. Ten gets slowly back to his feet.
Ten lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
Greene tries to clinch but Ten moves out of range.

Greene tries to bum rush Ten with a series of wild strikes but Ten uses good footwork to avoid the assault.

This has been an exciting period of action!
Greene takes a big shot right to the temple there but he's taken it well.
Greene is still in real trouble! Can Ten finish him?

Ten scores with a big shot from side control... and another... and another! Oh Greene is done here - save him referee! More strikes land and eventually the ref does step in and Ten can finally stop beating on his defenseless opponent!
