The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mayhem takes a jab right on the kisser.
Mayhem misses with a wild combination.
Gorny keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.
Gorny seem to be loading up, looking for a big counter.
Gorny throws a series of strikes that have Mayhem backpedaling.
Gorny misses with a double jab.

and Gorny holds on and brings the fighters into a clinch.

Mayhem jumps guard and drags Gorny to the mat. He's obviously going to be looking for submissions off his back.
Mayhem looking to sweep here. No luck so far.
Gorny wants to get up but he can't break Mayhem's closed guard. He needs to be careful trying to break the legs open, as he's open to submissions here.

Gorny wanted to stand there but Mayhem had control of the position.

Gorny stands up over Mayhem, holding his feet. He dives back in and lands a decent shot to the head.
Gorny stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Mayhem swivels though and keeps the full guard.
Mayhem is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.

Mayhem stalling away here and it's allowed Gorny to slip out his trapped foot and regain full guard.
A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Mayhem accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.

Mayhem is trying to tuck his arms in to keep them safe but Gorny has managed to isolate one of them and has got a loose triangle. Mayhem is looking to defend but Gorny has done well to lock his legs together - this could be big trouble for Mayhem! Gorny pulls down on the head and a little smile comes across his face - he knows he's got it. Yep, Mayhem taps out and this one is all over!
