Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Ray Kickass (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Maxwell Kegele (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The crowd seem to be enjoying Kegele's choice of entrance music: The Soulforged. Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Left hook, right uppercut from Kegele.


It looks like Ray Kickass has been cut.

Kickass had isolated an arm as going for an omaplata. Kegele is defending the submission well but is in a very vulnerable position. Kickass Is leaning forward trying to finish the omaplata but decides to abandon it, and take Kegele's back instead.
Kegele wants to control his opponent's hands but Kickass gets his hands free.
Kegele is in a world of trouble here. He's outmatched on the ground here and he'd better get Kickass off his back sharpish unless he wants to be submitted.
