The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Rokuro takes a swing at Sandahl's ribcage but misses.
Sandahl throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Rokuro sees it coming and avoids it easily.
Sandahl throws a low kick, looking for Rokuro's leg but Rokuro calmly moves out of range.
Rokuro lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh.

Rokuro darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard.
Rokuro is trying to control the action in half guard but Sandahl is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard.
Still in half guard, Rokuro seems content to control.
Rokuro not throwing his punches with enough precision this time.

Rokuro is in a dominant position here, looking for a kimura. Sandahl looks calm but he's in trouble here. Rokuro gets his leg over his opponent's head and yanks on the arm. Sandahl is tapping like a morse code operator on the titanic! SOS! SOS! Rokuro lets go of the hold and Sandahl can pop his arm back in it's socket.
