The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Houston shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Suarez as he jumps to the side.
Suarez fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Houston, pushing him back against the cage.
Suarez escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Houston fails with the takedown
and Suarez counters by moving into the clinch.
Suarez dodges an elbow strike from Houston.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Houston throws a leg kick which misses Suarez's front leg but catches the back leg as Suarez tries to avoid it.

That was a close second round but I would say that Darrick Suarez will probably get the nod.
