Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Zilch Filch (ranked 1534 p4p, 153 weight class) and Aldo Crespo (ranked 2377 p4p, 219 weight class). Crespo has chosen Toxic Waltz as his entrance music. Well, the cameraman is lingering on a pretty young lady for a bit too long there. The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
The fighters circling - Filch throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
Filch throws a shot from downtown. Crespo moves away and avoids it.
Crespo needs to keep his hands up - Filch had a free shot at his head there.
Crespo pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Filch avoids the head kick by Crespo.
Filch loads up on a big right hand but Crespo slips the punch.
Filch takes one to the chin there.
Filch defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Crespo.
Crespo throws a hook but Filch blocks it.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Crespo throws a lazy body kick
letting Filch counter with a right hand.
Filch throws a lazy right hand but Crespo sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
Filch blocks a jab.
Filch appeared to be looking to counter that last move with a leg kick.
Crespo slips a straight right by Filch.

Crespo lunges at Filch with a hook that half lands and is half blocked by Filch's hand.
Crespo misses with a straight left.
Filch goes for a spinning back kick but it misses.
A head kick misses from Crespo.
A counter left hand to the body from Filch misses its target.
Crespo slips in close and lands a nice hook before moving back out of range.
Filch throws a body punch but Crespo moves out of range.
Crespo is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
Crespo pulls out of a head kick attempt.

Filch drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard.
Filch working in close now, lands a nice elbow to the side of Crespo's head.

Filch stands over his opponent and dives in with a flying punch! Crespo throws up his legs and catches Filch in a triangle! Oh this looks tight! Filch tries to escape but he's forced to tap! Wow, fantastic work there by Crespo! That came out of nowhere!

After winning the bout, Aldo Crespo thanked all his fans and promised he'd do even better in his next fight. The crowd seemed to love his humility.
