Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Milleer Salazar!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Yujiro Owens!
The judges for this bout are Yukihiro Shimada, Sosuke Kotani and Kenichi Hosakawa.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Salazar checks the leg kick nicely there.
Owens throws a body kick but he wasn't in range.
Salazar connects with a solid leg kick.
Salazar fails with an attempt to clinch.
Salazar backing away here, and Owens unleashes a leg kick that just misses.

Salazar moves into the clinch successfully.
Owens stalling the fight.
Salazar fails to pull guard.
Salazar is trying to maintain a safe position but Owens gets an underhook and turns Salazar into the cage.
Owens just leaning against Salazar, taking a breather.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Salazar looks like he'd prefer to be striking at range right now.

Salazar decides to pull guard.
Owens being controlled here momentarily.

That's one minute gone in the round.

Salazar is working an open guard so Owens takes the opportunity to get back to his feet.
Salazar fails with a takedown attempt from distance.

Salazar closes the distance and pushes Owens back into the cage.
Salazar being controlled against the cage.
Owens slows down the pace here.
Owens continues to stall. The referee tells him to work or he's going to break them up.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Salazar wants to take the fight to the mat but Owens manages to get underhooks and keep the fight in the clinch.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Milleer Salazar. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Salazar is looking to break free of the clinch but Owens has double underhooks.
Owens just leaning against Salazar, taking a breather.
Salazar lands with a quick shot inside that doesn't really do much damage.
Owens misses with a hook to the ribs.
Salazar blocks an elbow strike.
Both guys are working to get underhooks.

The referee is keeping an eye on Owens - much more stalling and he will separate the fighters.

Salazar pulls Owens into guard.
Salazar has Owens pulled in close to control his posture.
Owens trying to stand up but can't free himself from Salazar's guard.
Owens trying to control but Salazar is working from the bottom.

That's four minutes gone in the round.
Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.

Salazar has his feet on Owens's thighs here. He's pushed Owens off and worked for a very quick armbar from the bottom! He's flipped onto his stomach and he's cranking hard on the arm! Owens screams in pain and taps out! This one is all over!
