PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Jerome Alviso (ranked 1959 p4p, 231 weight class) and Masada The Zealot (ranked 3258 p4p, 352 weight class). Alviso comes to the cage accompanied by Pooh Man-Oakland. Masada The Zealot will no doubt be looking to use his reach advantage to good effect.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Alviso throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. The Zealot was covering up waiting for the punch and Alviso finishes the takedown easily into guard.

The Zealot is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.

Masada The Zealot really struggled to get his t-shirt on before his hand was raised. Making sure that Sin City Allstars logo gets some air time is pretty tricky when you're all sweaty.
Jerome Alviso was interviewed post fight and said 'My dad and brother are going to kick my ass again when I get home...'.
