The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Thorvaldsson throws a lazy right hand but Fury sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
Fury slips a jab from Thorvaldsson.
Thorvaldsson throws the left hand but Fury avoids the punch easily.
Fury feinted with a counter takedown.
Thorvaldsson uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Fury.

Excellent takedown into side control there by Fury.
Fury advances to full mount.

Fury looking for an armbar but decides to keep the dominant position instead.
The fighters are tangled up in the ropes here. We might need a restart if the fighters can't break free themselves.
Thorvaldsson is squirming around, avoiding Fury's attempts to control the action.

Fury is controlling this nicely and is looking to make no mistakes. Thorvaldsson is trying to wiggle out of this horrible position. Thorvaldsson flips to his side and attempts to get a leg in for half guard. Fury anticipates the leg and manages to get behind Thorvaldsson and secures both hooks! This could be bad! Fury slips an arm under Thorvaldsson chin and tries to position for a rear naked choke. Fury has worked the choke in now and it looks tight. Fury is squeezing on Thorvaldsson like an anaconda would it's prey. Thorvaldsson fails to tap and has fallen unconscious! We've got ourselves a winner by way of a rear naked choke!
