Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Boris Matusov (ranked 963 p4p, 116 weight class) and Franky Stanky (ranked 985 p4p, 118 weight class). Boris Matusov is staring across the cage at his opponent, tweaking his nipples... Tweaking his own nipples that is.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Matusov misses with a takedown attempt - Stanky sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.

Stanky has Matusov up against the cage in a clinch.
Stanky stops a takedown attempt from Matusov.
Matusov is working for a takedown up against the cage. He can't get it on this occasion though.

Stanky breaks the clinch.

Matusov tries to keep at a distance but Stanky has taken the fight into the clinch.

Matusov wants to control from the top but Stanky keeps moving.
Matusov is pushing down on Stanky's leg trying to pass to half guard. Stanky is fighting to maintain full guard but Matusov has managed to sneak the leg through.

Stanky is defending against the submission attempts here by Matusov.

Matusov passes to side control.

Matusov thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead.
Stanky stops Matusov from passing to mount.
Stanky is working hard to escape and get back to his feet. After a battle for position, Matusov asserts his dominance and retains side control.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.

Matusov tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Matusov has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!

Matusov is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Stanky is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now.

Matusov wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Stanky, who protects the arm well.

Matusov thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead.
Stanky wants to get back to his feet.
Stanky felt the need to train up his defensive grappling in the buildup to the fight. Presumably he was expecting to be in a difficult position like this, so let's see if he can get out of it.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Matusov is looking for a kimura. He might have it! No, Stanky has escaped the position, nice work there.
Stanky wants to escape from the position here - easier said than done!
Matusov works to advance to full mount. Stanky defends for a few seconds but eventually he succumbs.
Matusov is looking to work his way around to Stanky's back. He needs to be careful though, as he's in danger of losing this dominant position.
Matusov can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Stanky is looking to escape.
Stanky really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Matusov. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Stanky is wriggling around here but as he tries to escape, Matusov has taken his back.
Stanky is trying to get back to his feet but he's not managed it yet.

Matusov is working for the choke. He's slipped one arm under the chin. Stanky has to defend the other arm for all he's worth... but Matusov has managed to get that arm free too and he's tightening the choke! Stanky taps out and looks absolutely disgusted with himself. Matusov doesn't care though - he's delighted!
