Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Brucie Bonus (ranked 4457 p4p, 437 weight class) and Magnus Thoressen (ranked 3292 p4p, 357 weight class). Both these guys have solid standup skills and neither is particularly fantastic on the ground, so let's hope for a nice standup war!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bonus looks for the body kick but Thoressen saw that one coming.

Bonus tries to move into range but Thoressen moves to the side and lands with a nice right hand.
Thoressen takes a jab on the nose. He smiles like he loves it and keeps coming.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

The ref is looking closely - Bonus is covering up but the punishment is just too much and the ref steps in to stop the fight! Bonus is staring into space, just thankful that the beatdown has ended. Brutal finish.
