The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A left lands for Jones.
Smith shoots for a takedown but Jones saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.
Jones looks like he wants to counter punch here.
Jones connects with a nice looking jab.
Smith on the wrong end of a vicious looking body shot.
Jones misses with a series of wild punches.
Smith throws a big counter combination but Jones scrambles out of danger and avoids any damage.
Jones lands a straight punch to the body, keeping Smith at a distance.

Smith moves into the clinch.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Jones gets through Smith's defenses to land a nice punch to the side of the head.

Jones manages to break the clinch.

and Jones counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.

Jones swats away the attempt to clinch by Smith.
A little jabbing left from Jones on the counter but it doesn't find it's target.

Jones blocks a head kick by Smith.
Smith shoots in but no luck this time.

Jones digs a good body shot into Smith's ribs.
Jones tests Smith's chin there with a solid looking shot.
Jones lands a pitter patter jab to the forehead of his opponent.
Jones cracks Smith with a hook to the temple - Smith is on wobbly legs here! Jones swarms him with hook after hook, landing with each one! Smith falls to the canvas face first and the referee dives in to stop the fight! Jones wins by TKO!
