Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Orson Sicard (ranked 2617 p4p, 326 weight class) and Roc Le Phat (ranked 7603 p4p, 604 weight class). Le Phat has chosen Bonita Applebum as his entrance music. This should be fireworks!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sicard rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Le Phat moves out of range and avoids them all easily.

Orson Sicard seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Sicard connects with a crisp jab.
Sicard fakes a jab and then connects with a hook.
Sicard looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
Sicard fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Le Phat swings away with a counter right hand but no contact made.
Sicard throws a shot from downtown. Le Phat moves away and avoids it.
A nice side step and Le Phat releases a counter shot to the body, but it doesn't find it's home.

We can't be sure of the tactics at this early stage but we have heard that Le Phat has been working on his takedowns a lot in the buildup to the fight and we can only assume he's going to look to take this to the mat.
