The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Walters shoots and misses
and Guthrum counters with a straight right hand.

It looks like Darrel Walters has been cut.

Walters fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Guthrum sprawls well initially but Walters persists and gets the takedown into half guard.
Walters landing with strikes to the body and head, softening up his opponent.

Walters stands up from half guard.
Walters takes a really solid shot there but just smiles back and shrugs his shoulders.
Walters shoots in looking for a takedown but Guthrum manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Walters's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.
A little jabbing left from Guthrum on the counter but it doesn't find it's target.
Guthrum connects with a crisp jab.

Walters is holding his hands too far apart here. Guthrum throws a hard, straight punch right down the pipe and BOOM! Walters is out! That punch landed square on the jaw - what a shot!
