The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Tate rushes McGregor and presses him up against the ropes.
McGregor is trying to slow down the pace in the clinch, to catch his breath.

McGregor throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
McGregor clobbers Tate with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise.
Tate tries to clinch there but McGregor circles away.
Tate takes a punch to the jaw and another one to the bread basket.

It looks like Tommy Tate has been cut.
McGregor displaying good standup as he scores with a three punch combination.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
McGregor scores with a big combo that sends Tate crashing to the mat! He's still conscious but the referee has seen enough as Tate flops around uncontrollably and he's called an end to the fight! McGregor jumps onto the ropes and throws his mouthpiece into the crowd. Gross.
