Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Will Haller (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Hunter Lewis (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Lewis has chosen Tubthumping as his entrance music. Rumors backstage are that the fighters have been paid to keep it standing but we know that would never happen in MMA!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Haller gets caught flat footed, as Lewis shoots in with a quick takedown into guard.

Lewis is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Haller is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Lewis looking for an arm triangle but it's way too loose to do anything.

Lewis tries for a kimura but Haller is defending well.
Haller throws a couple of strikes even though he's not really in a good position to do so.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Lewis works a knee to the body and follows up with a nice elbow to the head.

Lewis is working to tighten is grip on Haller's neck. He's isolated an arm and is working for an arm triangle. Haller has recognised the danger and is trying to turn with the submission but Lewis is really squeezing tight and eventually Haller passes out! Lewis breaks the hold and jumps onto the cage to celebrate! Submission of the night, I'd say!
