The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mark throws a series of punches but Dantas moves out of range.
Dantas tries for a takedown but Mark sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.
Dantas has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Mark finds it's way round the side to connect with Dantas's head.

It looks like Paulo Dantas has been cut.
Dantas shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Mark but Mark pushes him off and we're back to square one.
Dantas is breathing heavily.
Mark keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Dantas.
Dantas showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Mark.
Oooh a lovely combination from Mark sends Dantas down but not out. Mark dives into side control looking to finish.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!

Mark stands up and beckons Dantas to his feet.
Dantas moves in looking to clinch but Mark pushes him off.
Wow, both these guys are really going for it!

A head kick lands from Mark that sends Dantas to the canvas. Dantas tries to scramble back to his feet but Mark brings him back down into side control.

Mark stands up and we're back to a striking position.
Mark feints a kick and comes over the top with a right hand, followed by a left hook - both land, sending Dantas crashing to the mat! This one is all over!
