Tycoon comes to the cage accompanied by Monkey Business. The crowd giving both fighters a great reception on their way into the arena. That's good to see.

The judges for this bout are Chad Campbell, John Roberts and Columbo Gatti.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Tycoon fakes a jab and scores with a low kick.
Tycoon wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection.
Tycoon connects with a right hand. Ratcliffe shakes it off.
Mike Tycoon seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Tycoon connects with a single shot there.
Tycoon chopping away at his opponent's legs.
Ratcliffe gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily
and Tycoon counters with a crisp one two that drops Ratcliffe! Tycoon thinks about following him to the mat for a moment but instead steps back and waves Ratcliffe to his feet! Ratcliffe is in big trouble!
Like a baseball bat into the meat of his leg there - nice leg kick by Tycoon.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Tycoon rushes Ratcliffe and presses him up against the cage.
Tycoon gets through Ratcliffe's defenses to land a nice punch to the side of the head.
Tycoon lands a hook to the body. It's hard to tell if that hurt Ratcliffe or not.
Ratcliffe fails to pull the fight into his guard.
Ratcliffe is trying to pull guard but being pressed up against the cage enables Tycoon to keep the fight standing.
Mike Tycoon has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Kevin Ratcliffe.
Tycoon lands with a short head shot on the inside.
Ratcliffe is rocked!
Tycoon misses with the head strike.
Ratcliffe is still on wobbly legs! Can Tycoon finish him?
Tycoon creates some distance for himself and unleashes a massive uppercut that sends Ratcliffe's eyes rolling into the back of his head! Ratcliffe drops to his knees and Tycoon pours it on with more strikes until the referee steps in to end the bout!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:58 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Mike Tycoon!
