The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

As Robbins looks to move away, Malen throws a big counter combo but Robbins just gets out of the way.

Malen is looking to stand up but Robbins won't let him.
There's a bit of a scramble here and now Robbins is on top in guard.

Malen wants to stand and escape but Robbins is having none of it.

I've been told that Robbins has been drilling his wrestling of late, which has already helped him take this fight to the mat. Let's see how much of an impact it has on the outcome of the ground game.

It looks like Malen is going to stand back up.
Malen is keen to just control but Robbins is a slippery customer.

Robbins has hold of a guillotine but he's not going to be able to crank on it really with only half guard, so it's no trouble for Malen. Oh but Robbins has got full guard now! Oh boy! This one could be over very soon! Malen goes limp - he's gone! Robbins jumps up and celebrates with the crowd - fantastic submission finish!
