Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Aloysius Wiremu (ranked 2311 p4p, 280 weight class) and Ryan Del Oeste (ranked 2236 p4p, 271 weight class). Wiremu kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Billy Joel - The River of Dreams. Del Oeste has chosen Coming Home as his entrance music. Aloysius Wiremu could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to Ryan Del Oeste's chin.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Del Oeste gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily
and Del Oeste takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
Wiremu throws a head kick that misses.
Wiremu lands a jab to the nose.
Del Oeste misses with a body shot.
Wiremu misses with a right hand
and Del Oeste counters with a takedown into side control! That could mean trouble for Wiremu!
Wiremu sneaks out the side door and pushes Del Oeste away - he's back to his feet. The crowd show their appreciation for the escape.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Del Oeste closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.
Wiremu is trying to defend against the ground and pound but Del Oeste scores with a couple of nice shots.

Del Oeste is working for a submission here. He's got hold of the far side arm and he's looking for a kimura. He's cranking on the arm and he's got it! Wiremu is tapping out! Ouch, that looked like it hurt!
