Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Alex Andrews (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Frank Marciano (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Fingers crossed for an exciting fight - I'm sure both fighters are looking for a nice under the table bonus!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 10 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Alex Andrews!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 11 - 7 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Frank Marciano!
The judges for this bout are Daniel Franklin, Tiny Johnson and Wesley Smith.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Andrews wants to clinch.

Andrews throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Marciano's waist but Marciano gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Andrews off to one side.
Marciano moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross.
Andrews lands a powerful looking uppercut that connected with his opponent's jaw.

and Andrews counters with a three punch combo that has Marciano backing up. Marciano nods at Andrews to acknowledge the strikes.

The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up.
Some bone on bone action there as Andrews checks a low kick. Luckily it wasn't a particularly hard one.

Andrews changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Marciano tries to avoid it but Andrews manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Marciano to the ground. Marciano escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
