The judges for this bout are Donald Grub, Daniel Bishop and Paul Tew.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Thorvaldsson misses with a body shot.
Thorvaldsson lunges in with an uppercut that skims his opponent's chin.
Palmer fails with the takedown.
Thorvaldsson scores with a straight right hand, right through his opponent's guard.
Palmer displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Thorvaldsson throws out the jab.
Palmer changes levels looking for a counter takedown but doesn't commit.
Thorvaldsson cracks Palmer with a big right hand that sends him crashing to the floor. Thorvaldsson has the opportunity to follow him to the ground but instead he's beckoning Palmer to stand back up!
Palmer is rocked!
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Thorvaldsson ducks down into range and throws a picture perfect right hook that connects with Palmer 's jaw. Palmer 's eyes stare off into space as he falls to the mat, out cold! Thorvaldsson does the decent thing and steps back, rather than landing any shots to his unconscious opponent.
