Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Ture Torped (ranked 880 p4p, 144 weight class) and Harry Hole (ranked 847 p4p, 140 weight class). Torped kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Das boot - Movie soundtrack. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
9 - 2 - 1, fighting out of Las Vegas, Ture Torped!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
10 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Harry Hole!
The judges for this bout are Russell Pearce, Dean Styles and Franklyn Lucas.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hole throws a body shot but no joy.
Torped takes a shot to the body in his stride.
Hole connects with a good right hand that stumbles Torped. Torped circles away out of range and recomposes himself.
A jab from Hole finds it's way through Torped's defenses.
Hole ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent.
Torped throws a nice looking combination but Hole bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
And an attempted straight right on the counter from Hole! But no joy.
Torped lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Hole circles away quickly and effectively.
Hole smiles there as he lands a nice right hand right on the button.
Torped is pinned up against the cage taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.
Hole throws out a powerful jab.
Hole uses good footwork to get in and out, landing a nice hook.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Harry Hole seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Hole ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Torped moves away.
It looked like Torped wanted to counter with a hook but didn't fully commit.
That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Torped crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Hole - the referee stops the clock and Torped gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Hole. Torped manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes.

Hole looks for the body kick but Torped saw that one coming.

Hole lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
Hole fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Torped manages to avoid it.

Hole is landing a lot of head punches in this opening round! Torped had better start moving his head a bit unless he wants his face to turn into pâté.

We are yet to see a takedown attempt from Hole in the fight. On paper you would think he is the more dominant ground fighter so let's see if these unusual tactics pay off.

Harry Hole decided to hype himself up post fight. It was going well but he went on about it a bit too long and the crowd turned on him a little.
Ture Torped was interviewed post fight and said 'He was the better fighter this time.
