Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Max Martello (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Anders Lundin (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Max Martello!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Anders Lundin!
The judges for this bout are Steven Brown, Sam Margolis and Daniel Bishop.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Lundin clinches up with Martello and pushes him back against the cage.
Martello jumps guard but Lundin stands there with Martello around his waist. Martello gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.
Lundin fails to pull guard.

Lundin breaks from the clinch.
Lundin tries to clinch up.
Martello throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Lundin's waist but Lundin gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Martello off to one side.

Martello pivots as if he's going to throw a leg kick but stops half way.

Lundin darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard.
Martello is trying to maintain the position but Lundin is very close to passing his half guard.

The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.
Martello is working hard here to advance position.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.

That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.


Lundin shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Martello as he jumps to the side.

Lundin drops to a knee looking for a takedown but Martello gets the underhooks and prevents it.
Max Martello has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Anders Lundin.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.
Lundin ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Martello moves away.
Lundin tries for a takedown but Martello sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.

Anders Lundin comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
I think Lundin has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
