The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Santos throws a series of punches but Griffith avoids them all with ease.

Alexander Santos seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Good leg kick by Santos there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.

Santos misses with a takedown attempt - Griffith sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.

Santos moves into range and clinches up with Griffith.

Santos is trying to tuck his arms in to keep them safe but Griffith has managed to isolate one of them and has got a loose triangle. Santos is looking to defend but Griffith has done well to lock his legs together - this could be big trouble for Santos! Griffith pulls down on the head and a little smile comes across his face - he knows he's got it. Yep, Santos taps out and this one is all over!
