Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Brian Cannon (ranked 4619 p4p, 459 weight class) and Leon Louis (ranked 6211 p4p, 531 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Brian Cannon!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Leon Louis!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Louis fails with a takedown attempt.
Cannon with a jab.
Louis avoids the head kick by Cannon.
Some wild striking there from Cannon.

Cannon throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Cannon scores with a three punch combo!

Louis drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Cannon is looking to stand up but Louis isn't so interested in that idea.
Cannon has momentary wrist control but Louis slips an elbow through the middle.

Cannon wants to stand up but Louis is controlling him.
Louis slows down the pace of the fight, as he sits in guard.
Louis keeps in close for a moment and lands a decent shot to the side of Cannon's head.
Cannon is looking to stand up but Louis isn't so interested in that idea.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.
Louis advances position into side control!
Cannon is trying to stand back up. He's worked his way up against the cage but Louis has just dragged him back down to the mat.
Louis cracks Cannon with a big elbow.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Louis lands a knee to the body and a forearm to the face.
Louis lands a strong strike to the head of Cannon. That's dazed him! Louis looking to finish here. Cannon is waving his arms around trying to block but he's hurt badly - Louis lands more strikes and the referee steps in to end the fight!

A less than humble Leon Louis misjudged his post fight interview somewhat and came across a little too arrogant whilst trying to hype up his own abilities.
