Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Zhao Yu (ranked 2947 p4p, 396 weight class) and Antonio Silvio (ranked 7066 p4p, 620 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 3 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Zhao Yu!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 6 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Antonio Silvio!
The judges for this bout are Bruno Lombardi, David Schapiro and Jonathan Paton.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Silvio closes the distance and clinches up with Yu, looking for a takedown. Silvio pushes Yu against the cage but Yu circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Jab, cross, leg kick. Nice combination by Yu!

Yu clinches.
Yu crunches a lovely knee into Silvio's ribcage.

Yu breaks from the clinch.
Silvio has a takedown stuffed.
Silvio shoots in for a double leg but Yu sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.
Zhao Yu has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Antonio Silvio.
A nice combination there by Yu.

Yu closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Yu is thwarting Silvio's attempts to control the position.
Yu slips a nice elbow through Silvio's hands, connecting with Silvio's forehead.

Silvio has hold of a guillotine but he's not going to be able to crank on it really with only half guard, so it's no trouble for Yu. Oh but Silvio has got full guard now! Oh boy! This one could be over very soon! Yu goes limp - he's gone! Silvio jumps up and celebrates with the crowd - fantastic submission finish!
