The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A left and a right from Sor Tienpoh both land. Nice combination.
It looks like John Blitz has been cut.
Blitz tries to score a power double leg takedown but Sor Tienpoh sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Blitz somewhat.
Sor Tienpoh gets a clinch.

Blitz throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Sor Tienpoh's waist but Sor Tienpoh gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Blitz off to one side.

Sor Tienpoh rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Blitz moves out of range and avoids them all easily.

Blitz tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Sor Tienpoh swivels and escapes.
As Blitz tries to get set, Sor Tienpoh tries to push him back and clinch up but Blitz manages to avoid the attempt.

Whack! Sor Tienpoh lands a heavy head kick that drops Blitz. The ref tackles Sor Tienpoh to stop the fight - a great save by the referee because Blitz was done.

Sangmanae Sor Tienpoh very nearly forgot to thank Blue Moon amongst all the excitement of his win but just as the interview came to a close, he screamed their name. Hopefully he'll get a few nice freebies in the mail as a thank you.
