The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
McLeftout tries a head kick but it misses.
Hayabusa scores with a head kick.
McLeftout keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.
Ouch! a nice leg kick from McLeftout, right into the meat.
Hayabusa jabbing away but nothing is landing.
McLeftout shoots in and bounces Hayabusa off the cage to secure the takedown into guard.
McLeftout pushes down on Hayabusa's leg and manages to get into half guard.
McLeftout trying to control the pace.
Hayabusa wants to control but McLeftout is keeping busy and won't allow it.
Hayabusa pushes McLeftout off and gets back to his feet.
Nice takedown defense from Hayabusa. No joy for McLeftout on that attempt.
McLeftout looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
Hayabusa doesn't succeed with the takedown
and McLeftout counters with a nice single leg takedown and he's in Hayabusa's guard now.
McLeftout has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Hayabusa is looking for a triangle but McLeftout pushes his legs off easily.
Hayabusa looks gassed!

McLeftout avoids a guillotine attempt easily.
McLeftout is working the ground and pound from guard. He might want to try advancing position though to get more of an impact.
McLeftout wants to pass the guard but Hayabusa is keeping the position.
McLeftout trying to control but Hayabusa is working from the bottom.
Hayabusa looking for submissions from the bottom but instead McLeftout passes into side control.
Hayabusa stops McLeftout from passing to mount.
McLeftout controls the position.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.
McLeftout tries for a kimura but Hayabusa is defending well.
McLeftout decides to stand back up. McLeftout steps back and let's Hayabusa get back to his feet.
McLeftout really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.

Donnie McLeftout has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Kaz Hayabusa.
McLeftout is trying to trip Hayabusa. He has hold of a leg but Hayabusa is hopping around, keeping his balance for the moment. McLeftout persists though and gets the takedown into guard.

McLeftout wants to stand but Hayabusa has a closed guard, so he can't escape.

McLeftout is posturing up here but Hayabusa has hold of an arm and he's gone for an armbar! McLeftout tries to roll out but it's too tight and McLeftout has to tap! Slick submission there by Hayabusa!
