A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Santiago.
Santiago closes the distance and clinches up with Garnett, looking for a takedown. Santiago pushes Garnett against the cage but Garnett circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Santiago takes an uppercut right on the button but keeps his composure.
Santiago takes one to the chin there.
Santiago throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Garnett's waist but Garnett gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Santiago off to one side.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Correa Santiago. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Santiago shoots for a takedown but Garnett saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.
