Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Victor Slaughter (ranked 5227 p4p, 134 weight class) and Sven Eklund (ranked 5252 p4p, 138 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The judges for this bout are Ian Loll, Trevor Gratis and Elvis Blanc.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Eklund fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Slaughter sprawls well initially but Eklund persists and gets the takedown into half guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Slaughter is looking to control Eklund's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Slaughter avoid being mounted?

In his post fight interview, Sven Eklund started talking himself up. Luckily his charisma kept the crowd on side and gave him a good reception.
