Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Reiner Brawn (ranked 7501 p4p, 0 weight class) and Shane Murphy (ranked 3562 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters will be looking to make this an exciting fight for the fans, I'm sure!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 6 - 8 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Reiner Brawn!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 5 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Shane Murphy!
The judges for this bout are Damien Edna, Skip Squint and Ron Honeybunn.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Brawn remains in side control and seems content to stay there. It's a versatile position from which he can work both strikes and submissions, whilst maintaining that control, so maybe he'll sit here for a while.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.

Murphy drops back looking for a submission - "I'm sorry sir, but I'm gunna break your leg" says Murphy as he cranks on the unfortunate limb! Brawn screams and taps out before any major damage is done! Don't mess with Murphy! Nice submission victory there!
