The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Draydon shoots for a takedown but Riggs saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.

It looks like Dillan Draydon has been cut.

Draydon shoots in for a takedown and gets it.

Riggs is looking for a sweep. Draydon is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.
Riggs trying to hold on to Draydon's head to control him but Draydon postures up.
Draydon is looking to take a break and control but Riggs is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.
Riggs is trying to stand up here but Draydon is controlling him well.

Draydon lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Riggs circles away quickly and effectively.
Riggs lands with a nice combination. Draydon backs away looking to recover.
Draydon uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Riggs.

Draydon lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh.
Draydon shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Riggs as he jumps to the side.

Draydon fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Riggs bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Draydon's head backwards.

Draydon tries to clinch but Riggs is having none of it.

Draydon misses with a series of wild punches.

Riggs throws a series of punches but Draydon avoids them all with ease.
Riggs throws a jab but it's blocked by Draydon.
Draydon swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and Riggs counters with a nice jab to the body that keeps Draydon thinking.
Draydon is breathing heavily.
Riggs will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
A left lands for Riggs.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Riggs throws out a token jab with nothing on it.
Riggs cracks Draydon with a good jab.
