The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Scott has closed the distance and engaged Haaparanta in a clinch.
Haaparanta lands a damaging elbow.
Haaparanta lands an elbow inside that Scott shrugs off.
Scott takes a shot to the head.
Haaparanta is trying to pull guard but Scott turns him against the cage and we stay in the clinch.
Haaparanta creates a bit of distance and throws an elbow that only just misses.
Haaparanta looking to throw knees to the head but Scott is blocking nicely.
Scott avoids a wild elbow strike from Haaparanta.
Haaparanta jerks Scott's head down, straight into the path of a devastating knee! Scott drops to the floor in a crumpled heap! Haaparanta goes to throw a finishing haymaker but pulls out - good sportsmanship from Haaparanta because Scott was completely out of it. That was a nice finish - just the right level of brutality to send everyone home happy.
